ANXIOUS4WHATLIFE AFTER SURVIVAL
Meet La Tausha

I know what rebuilding asks of a woman.

My professional experience and lived experience meet in a practice devoted to women who are ready to be seen and heard.

My story

I’ve lived the questions I help women explore.

I’m La Tausha Wade, a Certified Professional Life Coach with more than 10 years of coaching experience and more than 25 years of work serving children and families in human services and community-based support.

After a 21-year marriage ended in divorce, I had to rediscover my identity, voice, boundaries, faith, and vision for my future. For three years, I’ve served in divorce recovery ministry. For more than seven years, I’ve led women’s hikes that bring movement, conversation, and community into the work of managing stress.

Those experiences shape Anxious4What: a place for thoughtful action, honest questions, and life after survival.

You are not starting from nothing. You are starting from experience.
What I believe

Faith should not require a woman to disappear.

My coaching is rooted in biblical principles and grounded in the belief that women deserve to be seen, heard, respected, and treated as whole human beings.

We can talk openly about divorce, loneliness, sexuality, relationships, anxiety, boundaries, aging, patriarchy, and the questions that arise when old expectations no longer fit. Difficult questions can be part of a sincere faith journey.

Your story continues. Let’s begin.
